The Peer Leaders from Toronto Public Health Type 2 Diabetes Prevention invite you to join them on Friday July 24th in the Town Square. Come learn the health benefits of regular physical activity. Learn how physical activity can help you to have more energy, feel less stressed and feel good about yourself. Zumba and tropical smoothies will also be available! Remember to wear comfortable clothing.
